Rates, refund policies, and minimum stay requirements for our various Hotels, Motels, Inns, Bed & Breakfast establishments and Guest Houses may vary. The Chamber does not maintain listings of room rates or availability, and cannot assist in the booking of any lodging or travel arrangements, or in short or long-term seasonal house rentals. However, as both our website and printed materials list all Chamber members in good standing, along with their addresses, telephone numbers, and website addresses where applicable, you should have no difficulty in contacting lodging sources or realtors directly to book your visit.
The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is not liable for any problems that may occur between the guest and the lodging provider. We strongly recommend that you verify any and all travel and lodging-related information directly with the provider before finalizing any travel plans or booking reservations.

The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce maintains its Calendar of Events pages for the promotion of community events taking place in the greater Sag Harbor/Noyac/North Haven areas, as well as events sponsored by Sag Harbor Chamber Members, regardless of the event location. We therefore reserve the right not to list events taking place outside of this area, or those sponsored by those businesses that are not Sag Harbor Chamber Members in good standing.
Details of events and activities listed on our Calendar of Events pages are subject to change without notice by the event sponsor, including dates/rain dates, times, admission fees, attendance limits, or other restrictions. Please verify any details of an event before making arrangements to attend. Unless specifically stated, the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce provides details of events as a community service for informational and promotional purposes only, and should not be implied to be a co-sponsor of any event. The Chamber is neither responsible for, nor liable for any problems that arise between the patron and the sponsor.

Telephone & Fax: The general telephone number for the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce is 631-725-0011, where you may leave your message on our answering system. Should you need to reach a specific Chamber Director, Officer, or Committee Chairperson, a complete list of names and contact information, including business name, phone & fax numbers, and e-mail link may be found on our About the Chamber page.
Any correspondence that is urgent in nature, or that requires an immediate response, should be specifically noted as such. Otherwise, please allow a reasonable time for a response.
The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce receives many E-Mails and Guestbook entries each day. While many of these E-Mails are legitimate, many others are merely bulk advertisements or contain attachments and computer virsuses that are potentially harmful to our website, our Internet Service Provider, and the personal computer of our Webmaster.
NO E-Mails containing attachments will be accepted by the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce unless prior arrangements are made with our Webmaster. We do have E-Mail filters in place to segregate bulk advertisements (spam) and E-Mails containing attachments, however this sometimes results in the loss of legitimate E-Mails. If you have sent legitimate E-Mail to us and have not heard a response within a resonable period of time, please try to contact us again or simply Re-send or Forward your original E-Mail. If an immediate response is necessary, please state it clearly in your correspondence or telephone us instead at 631-725-0011. Otherwise allow up to 5 business days response time for information requests via E-Mail, or 10 business days to receive a request for printed materials.

Due to the Membership nature of our organization, the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce provides detailed information and referrals for business/merchant members in good standing only. If you do not see a particular business or merchant listed on our website or in our printed materials, this may mean that the business is either A) not a member of our Chamber, or B) no longer in operation in the Sag Harbor area.
The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce works hard to promote our Members, through our advertising program, sponsored events, and through this website. When you visit any of our member merchants, please be sure to tell them that you heard about them from The Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce and this website. We're sure that they will appreciate knowing that the Chamber sent you to them.
We welcome your questions about the Chamber and any of the Members that you see listed. Feel free to tell businesses whom you do not see listed about the exposure that the Chamber and this website provides. Hopefully it will encourage them to join us too!
