Annual Sag Harbor Directory and Guide
Published each spring, includes a custom classified
listing for each member. Over 10,000 printed and distributed at the Windmill, by member businesses, at trade/home/travel shows and
expos, and by phone, mail and email request. Space is available for display ads at an additional cost.

Listing: Members are listed by business type and by business name in the Directory section of the website. Listings rank highly with
major search engines.
Calendar: This is a comprehensive listing of Sag Harbor events put on by the Chamber, members, and non-profit
and community organizations. Any event hosted by a chamber member such as an open house, special sale, or promotional event will be
listed when the Chamber is notified.
Chamber Windmill Information Center
Members can display literature about their business including
fliers, brochures, business cards and menus. The Center serves thousands of visitors each year and the Chamber staff recommends only
Chamber members. Open seven days from Memorial Day through Labor Day and weekends in Spring and Fall.
Chamber Sponsored Advertising
Throughout
the year the Chamber places ads in newspapers and on the radio to promote Chamber members and Chamber events. Some advertising is
done cooperatively, giving Members the opportunity to share an ad for a lower-than-normal cost.

WLNG
92.1 FM broadcasts the Sag Harbor Chamber of Commerce Report on Wednesdays just before 10 AM. The report lists events sponsored by
Chamber Members and local non-profit groups.
Monthly Sag Harbor Express Chamber Chat
Each month the Express prints a column written
by a Chamber officer for the purpose of promoting the efforts of the Chamber.
Membership Voting Rights
While attending Chamber
meetings, each member business is allowed one vote in order to help shape the direction of the Chamber.
Business-to-Business
Discounts
Members are encouraged to offer special discounts or promotional rates to other Chamber Members.
Events
Several
events are hosted and sponsored annual by the Chamber to bring attention to businesses and bring in visitors and shoppers into the

The Chamber is a member of the Hamptons Visitors Council and
the Long Island Convention and Visitors Bureau and Sports Commission.
