Using this highly effective piece of apparatus, this class is perfect for beginners or intermediate students who are will looking to experience the fantastic results the Pilates equipments can bring to your workout. With the endless variations on this versatile machine, you’ll never get bored! Challenging chair classes now forming for the more advanced student. Classes will be Tuesday and Thursdays evenings at 5:30 and 6:30 pm and Wednesday mornings at 9:30 and 10:30 am. Our first 5 week sessions are now forming.
