Whether eastbound or westbound, the Hampton Jitney only makes one stop at each of the following places, and then is essentially an express bus beween Manhattan/NYC and Eastern Long Island.  Except for the following stops on the East End, the bus also has a Sag Harbor line that stops on Main Street in the vacinity of the Movie Theater.

The next closest Hampton Jitney bus stop is on Main Street, Bridgehampton, across from the Candy Kitchen.  The Hampton Jitney bus service makes several local stops, after which it travels non-stop to Manhattan.

They also have an Airport Connection service that allows transfers to a shuttle that goes to Islip-MacArthur Airport, or to LaGuardia Airport.

Note:  Transportation to Sag Harbor is available on many, but not all Hampton Jitney busses, and not all busses make all of the local stops indicated .  Before making your reservation, refer to the official Hampton Jitney bus schedule to determine which bus stops at your destination, and ask the driver or attendant before boarding your bus to ensure that your bus will deliver you to your desired stop.
